Return Policy

At Nest Mart, we take great care in packaging and shipping our products. However, in rare cases, items may arrive damaged. If you receive a damaged item, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Notify Us
Contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item. Provide your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of the damaged item.

Step 2: Return the Damaged Item
Our rider will collect the damaged item. Please ensure the item is in its original packaging and includes all original tags and accessories.

Step 3: Replacement or Refund
Once we receive the returned damaged item, we will:

- Send a replacement item (if available)
- Provide a full refund for the damaged item

Important Notes
- Returns are only accepted for damaged items.
- Items must be in their original condition with all original tags and accessories.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned damaged item.
