At Nest Mart we strive to provide high-quality products that meet your expectations. Our replacement policy covers damaged pieces, incorrect color/design, or incorrect items.
Eligibility for Replacement
To be eligible for a replacement, the item must meet one of the following conditions:
1. Damaged Piece: The item arrived damaged or defective.
2. Incorrect Color/Design: The item received is different from the color or design ordered.
3. Incorrect Item: The item received is different from the one ordered.
Replacement Procedure
To initiate the replacement process:
1. Contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the item.
2. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
3. Our team will review your request and send rider to collect an item and replace (if applicable).
Important Notes
- Replacements are only available for damaged, incorrect color/design, or incorrect items.
- Items must be in their original condition with all original tags and accessories.
- Refunds will not be issued for replacements.
